SEAFLEX
An elastic mooring solution for docks/pontoons
The main part of a SEAFLEX is a reinforced homogeneous rubber hawser; attached together with a high quality stainless steel plate. Depending on each locations specific forces the product will be equipped with 2 to 10 individual hawsers per SEAFLEX unit.
According to tests monitored by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), one single SEAFLEX rubber hawser can withstand a force of drag greater than 10 kN, elongate over 100 % of its length and retract back to original length. While doing this the system is putting constant tension and providing stability to the moored application.
High quality long lasting materials
SEAFLEX is suitable for both fresh and salt water, made only with high quality long lasting materials such as rubber, high-grade stainless steel and square-plait polyester rope. We also offer a titanium hybrid model for severely corrosive areas.
Can handle virtually any water level
The system can handle virtually any water level variation with references in locations with up to 35 meter (~115 feet) artificial variation, but is as beneficial in areas without water fluctuation providing added stability.
The system absorbs forces from wind and waves reducing the stress on the docks and boats during bad weather and improves stability. SEAFLEX moorings works as well in shallow water as it does in deep water, proven by references that has water depths up to 90 meters (~295 feet).

It doesn’t matter if you are building the world’s largest marina or
looking to moor your private boat, providing our customers with
good service and always being available to answer any questions that
might arise is one of the key foundations of this company. We always
strive to make the use of SEAFLEX products as easy as possible.”
